  • Back handspring position and movement drills. These simple drills help the snap part of the back handspring. 

A common misconception in tumbling and gymnastics is that you need to snap down but the action is more of a snap up or over. This action allows the athlete to get into a proper “scoop” position to continue their tumbling with speed and power.
