While this post may not be about gymnastics or tumbling, it is about making better choices for a better new year. And if any attitude can help us train and grow better in our sport it is the desire to understand our choices and their consequences.
One of the main goals of coaching is to develop the “skills” required by the particular discipline or sport in which the athlete is involved. But there is more.
Regardless of what some social medial influencers tells you, you can’t teach someone to flip in 60 seconds. And you shouldn’t try.
